The Glastonbury Plant Medicine Conference 2019: Content from the event
This year we began with one of the most versatile and effective plant medicines, cannabis. Many casual and recreational cannabis users can probably tell you a small number of conditions that cannabis can be used to treat, however, the shear breadth of its usefulness is staggering. Today we hope to share useful, actionable information on how best to judge whether cannabis is appropriate for you, but also to chart a course from information to action, to see the history behind medical cannabis use, and to see how the medical establishement can incorporate cannabis into its standard treatment models without diminishing it's effectiveness. To begin, we have Matthew Fellows of Glastonbury Acupuncture who will be talking about cannabis in traditional chinese medicine, it has been part of the Chinese pharmacy for thousands of years and we believe this is an important and interesting point from which to start.
